COVID

Accessing the venues and social distancing


We ask that only our registered customers come into our venues on the day they are booked in to minimse contact with other people. We also increase the protection of all our customes by ensuring all interaction between our Hometown Hub and you our customers, is done digitally before you arrive at the venue.

 

This includes, booking, payment and all information relating to access and connectvity (Provided by email after booking). 


Once you are at the venue, there shouldn't be any cause to come any closer than 2 metres to any of our other customers. We do ask that when moving about or using the communal facilities that you wear a mask. 

Customer Registration & Contact Tracing 


As part of the booking process, we take our customers details and track what days customers have been in the venue. If we are notified that a customer has Covid symptons, we will message all customers visiting during that day. 


Hygiene and anti-viricidal sanitising spray


Our venues are cleaned every morning with approved disinfectants to the European standard of EN14476, effective against Coronavirus. We pay particular attention to desks, door handles, screens, printers and chairs. Hand cleaning gel is located at the entrance and other communal areas, please use it.
